Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, postal code, cleaning preferences, and preferred date. Notes are optional. Please do not include payment details, entry codes, or other sensitive information.
Preview mode
When the form displays a preview notice, your request stays in the current page’s memory. It is not sent to TidyNorth or stored in a database. You can choose to download a copy to your device.
When you submit a request
Your request is stored in TidyNorth’s database so authorized administrators can review it, prepare a quote, and arrange cleaning. If business notifications are configured, an email delivery provider processes a notification containing your reply-to email, request reference, service, and preferred date. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm an appointment.
Admin access
The admin workspace requires sign-in and uses a session cookie. Customer requests are not stored in browser local storage by this website.
Questions about your details
Once you receive a response to a cleaning request, you can reply to ask about correcting or deleting the information you provided.
